Sending invoices

With one push of the button you will send the invoice, generated in your own accounting package, to Ingis. Ingis adds an electronic signature and saves the invoice in the online archive. This allows you access to your invoices anywhere. Your customer will receive an email notification about the new invoice. He receives the invoice in a manner dictated by your customer.

Receiving and processing invoices

You will receive an email when a new invoice is ready for you in Ingis. You will decide how you want to receive the invoice.
