Does Ingis fulfil the requierments of the Dutch Tax Office?

Yes. The Dutch Tax Office accepts invoices - also electronically - that are authentic and integer. Ingis adds a digital certificate to each invoice: your digital signature. This guarantees that the invoice really is from you (authentic) and that it cannot be changed (integer).


Can I invoice the government with Ingis?

Yes you can. Because Ingis is connected to Digipoort, the electronic post box of the Dutch governement.


Can I invoice internationally with Ingis?

Ingis delivers invoices following regulations of the country of the receiver. The standard digital signature is adapted where necessary.


Can I add attachments to an invoice in Ingis?

You can add attachments, like timesheets and specifications, as long as they are in digital format.


What is the advantage of Ingis compared to a PDF?

Ingis offers a lot more than a PDF. Invoice data can be read directly into an accounting package. Copy typing or scanning are no longer needed. And: no more spam filters or lost documents. Ingis allows you to check if your invoices are received and viewed.


What does Ingis mean for my customers and suppliers?

Your customers will automatically receive a free Ingis account. To simplify your transfer to Ingis you will receive a Welcome Pack. You will find materials in this pack to help you inform your business relations about your switch to Ingis and the advantages of electronic invoicing.
